March 12-13, 2020

The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) and Texas Medicaid & Healthcare Partnership (TMHP) are hosting electronic visit verification (EVV) instructor-led training sessions for *program providers currently required to use EVV who need to complete their required annual EVV training.

Participants will learn about new and revised HHSC EVV policies and enhancements to the TMHP EVV Portal. A live question & answer (Q&A) session at the end will allow participants to ask their EVV-related questions to HHSC, TMHP, EVV vendors, and managed care organization (MCO) representatives. Participants can also meet with EVV vendors to learn more about their EVV systems, ask questions and schedule training.

Each training session is four hours and all sessions present the same material, so program providers only need to attend one session.
