Developed by Michael Smull and the International Learning Community for Person Centered Practices, Person Centered Thinking (PCT) is a fundamental training offered to provide participants with the basic knowledge on how to facilitate the use of person-centered thinking skills to discover what is important to and important for the person and founding the balance needed to best support them in achieving their desired outcomes.
